What should I expect during my first massage? 
During your first massage, you can expect a relaxing and personalized experience where your therapist will discuss your needs, explain the process, and ensure you're comfortable throughout the session.

How early should I arrive before my appointment? We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to your appointment to allow time to relax, complete any necessary paperwork, and prepare for your session.

Do I need a doctor’s referral for a massage? No, a doctor’s referral is not required to book a massage, but some insurance providers may need one for reimbursement—be sure to check your coverage details!

HEALTH & SAFETY

Can I get a massage if I’m sick or recovering from an injury? If you’re feeling sick, it’s best to reschedule your massage to protect both your health and others. For injuries, consult with your doctor first, and we can tailor your session to safely support your recovery.

Do you offer services for pregnant clients? Yes, we offer specialized prenatal massage services designed to provide relaxation and relief for pregnant clients, with techniques tailored to ensure comfort and safety throughout every stage of pregnancy.

What precautions do you take for health and safety? We prioritize your health and safety by maintaining a clean, sanitized environment, following proper hygiene protocols, and ensuring all equipment and linens are thoroughly disinfected between clients.

DURING THE MASSAGE

Will the therapist talk during the session? Your therapist will follow your lead—if you’d like to chat, they’re happy to engage, but if you prefer a quiet and relaxing session, they will respect that as well.

What if I feel uncomfortable or need the pressure adjusted? If you feel uncomfortable or need the pressure adjusted, simply let your therapist know—they’re there to ensure your comfort and will happily make any changes.

Do I need to remove all my clothing for the massage? You only need to remove as much clothing as you're comfortable with; you'll be fully covered by sheets at all times, and your therapist will only uncover the area being worked on.
