CANCELLATION POLICY
At Deep Rooted Massage, we kindly ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This ensures we can accommodate other clients and respect our therapists' time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a charge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
PAYMENT METHODS
We are pleased to offer multiple payment options for your convenience. At Deep Rooted Massage, we happily accept payments via cash, credit, or debit, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free checkout experience.
EXPECTING MOTHERS
If you’re pregnant, please let us know how far along you are so we can tailor your experience to meet your needs and maximize your comfort. For added relaxation, we offer specialized pregnancy pillows designed to support your growing belly, allowing you to lie down comfortably during your session. Your comfort and care are our top priorities!
NEW CLIENTS
If you’re a new client, we kindly ask that you complete a health history form prior to your appointment. A link to the form will be emailed to you for easy online completion. If you’re unable to fill it out ahead of time, please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete it in person. Your visit will also include a brief consultation with your therapist to ensure your session is personalized to your needs. We look forward to welcoming you!
COVID 19
As of June 11, 2022, masking is optional at Deep Rooted Massage. However, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone. If you prefer your therapist to wear a mask during your session, simply let us know, and we will gladly accommodate your request. Your comfort and peace of mind are our top priorities!
