MORGAN WARREN
OWNER, RMT
Morgan has a focus in prenatal and postpartum care as well as making your therapeutic treatment as relaxing as possible. She began building this incredible team in 2014 and calls this clinic home.

DR. NATALIE DAVID
Chiropractor
Dr. Natalie David is a Kingston-native chiropractor providing evidence-based, patient-focused care. She holds a BHSc from Western University and a Doctorate from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, with additional training in prenatal, postnatal, and paediatric care, as well as certification in instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy and the Webster Technique. Her approach combines hands-on treatment and active rehabilitation, helping patients move pain-free and return to the activities they enjoy most.

HOLLY WHITEKNIGHT
NATUROPATHIC DOCTOR
Holly is a naturopathic doctor dedicated to helping people with their journey towards healthy living. Holly is a general practitioner, and works with each patient to create a unique plan that is tailored to their individual needs. A graduate from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Holly is licensed by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

LAURA GREEN
RMT
Laura joins us with previous experience as a physiotherapist assistant, and has become a Registered Massage Therapist as of August 2019. She believes all treatments are unique, and will focus on her clients rehabilitative and therapeutic needs.

LACEY GOSSAGE

Lacey’s focus in her treatment is to address the root of an issue causing a client’s pain. She focuses on the well-being of her clients’ and prioritizes their goals so they can achieve the highest quality of life. She takes pride in caring for them through the recovery and maintenance phases of their health.
Lacey has taken additional courses in TMJ dysfunction and cupping.

Mackenzie takes a personalized approach to each treatment; each treatment is rooted in the understanding that every individual and their body has their own unique needs. By tailoring her therapeutic approach to align with the specific needs of each client she ensures that they receive the most effective care.
Mackenzie has taken additional courses in TMJ dysfunction and cupping.

MELANIE DODDS
RMT
With 15 years of massage therapy experience and training from around the world, Melanie is highly skilled in both Swedish massage for relaxation and clinical treatments for a variety of conditions and pathologies. She specializes in deep tissue therapy and also offers cupping therapy. With a professional approach and extensive knowledge, Melanie is passionate about providing exceptional care. She has completed additional training in TMJ dysfunction and cupping.

Jordan is passionate about understanding the human body and helping others. He uses massage therapy to address pain, improve posture, enhance movement, and promote relaxation, bringing knowledge and positive energy to every treatment.

Sarah has been treating clients from all walks of life for varying concerns for over a decade now. Whether you are looking for deep tissue, prenatal or a simple relaxation massage, Sarah customizes each treatment for your specific goals.

Delia Caranci is a compassionate Registered Massage Therapist with 16 years of experience treating a wide range of clients with various health concerns from chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and MS; she brings a professional approach to her practice.
Additional Training: Prenatal Massage, cupping and TMJ dysfunction.

ANTONIO SINAGUGLIA

Antonio will always try to understand what the client needs are. From there, he draws from multiple modalities that he has learned over the years of practicing.

Kailyn has a main goal of ensuring her clients get the most benefit out of their treatments. She is understanding of clients who have specific requests and needs for their health and is more than willing to make them happen. She hopes everyone who walks into her treatment space walks out feeling like a better version of themselves.

STEPHANIE WINGER
RMT
Working with recovery, injury prevention and restoration as her main focus, Stephanie individualizes each treatment to ensure your goals are prioritized. Each treatment is fluid, intuitive & modified with open communication. Stephanie works with TMJ, axial joint mobilization techniques, direct tissue manipulation along with a whole body focus.

Aurora has a strong focus in chronic pain management, supporting clients with concerns such as TMJ dysfunction, headaches, neck tension, sciatic pain, and autoimmune-related discomfort. She combines deep tissue and relaxation techniques to create personalized treatments that help relieve pain and restore balance. Aurora has additional training in TMJ dysfunction and practices at our Kingston clinic.

Chantal takes a clinical, full-body approach to treatment, specializing in injury rehabilitation. She works with athletes and everyday individuals looking to move and live pain-free. Her results-driven care focuses on addressing the root cause of pain, not just symptoms. Chantal also prioritizes client education so patients feel informed, empowered, and confident throughout their recovery.

MARY OWEN

Practicing since 2008, Mary has worked in clinical and multidisciplinary settings treating headaches, TMJ dysfunction, scar tissue, postural strain, and repetitive injuries. She integrates trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and mobility-focused techniques to restore balance, improve movement, and support overall well-being.
