Registered Massage Therapy
Our massage therapists have developed a collaborative style of massage. During your first visit they will develop an understanding of what you are in need of and the different techniques to be used. From Deep therapeutic to relaxation and everything in between every client will get a individualized massage treatment plan based on the wants and needs of each client.
Prenatal Massage
This special time in your life brings its own unique joys along with some aches and pains you may never have experienced before, have no worries you're in good hands with us. Especially trained for this modality, your therapist will settle you into a safe, secure and restful position. Then gently ease away the stress and strain in your body. Indie Head Massage
A Indie Head Massage is a form of massage therapy based on the ancient healing system of Ayurveda. Warm oil is applied to the scalp and hair, and combined with deep therapeutic massage to the face, scalp, neck and shoulders to treat headaches, migraines, sinus issues and promote relaxation. This treatment can be preformed on its own or incorporated into your full body massage.
Infant Massage
Our infant massage is either a 20 minute one on one treatment or a group workshop where we will take you through the massage teaching you techniques to take home and use on your little one. Infant massage is great to aid in digestion, improve sleep, enhances parent-infant bond and helps to stimulates touch receptors. Book with Morgan or Laura to try and Infant Massage.
Children's Massage
Whether your child is active with sports, experiencing growing
pain or is just curious about what massage is, we would be glad to help! Massage can help to get rid of major stresses, bring balance back to the body, improve sleep and even help in avoiding taking some medications in children. All of our Massage Therapists practice childrens massage therapy.
Dynamic Tape Application
Dynamic Tape allows you to move through full range of motion without limitation but with strong biomechanical assistance to help aid in better posture or support. The application is done after the massage appointment and usually stays in place for 3-6 days. Book with Morgan or Laura to try tape application.
Aromatherapy
Every treatment you have a choice to incorporate essential oils as
aromatherapy. We have many scents to choose from such as: Lavender, Eucalyptus, Orange, Lime, Lemon, Rosemary and Peppermint.

Cupping
Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin with the application of cups during your massage treatment, helping to increase blood circulation and relieving tension.
